Theres Nothing Like a Good Storm Theres something about a good thunder storm that gets my blood pumping. The same is true of a good wind storm or driving snow storm. I am energized by the commotion, the turbulence, the uncertainty. I have to be connected outdoors to these events. It isnt enough to watch out a window. When you think about life, there are certain times that create that same commotion, turbulence and uncertainty. It could be the beginning of a new job, it could be the end of an old job, it could be graduating from college or it could be a new boss. There is electricity in the air, gusts of wind, inability to see whats coming up next. What if, instead of lamenting the change, you were to get caught up in the wonder of it all and observe. Use all your senses to witness the wonder of it all. There are some things we have no control over. Instead of fighting the storm, ride it out. Turn unfairness into it is what it is. No judging, no lamenting, no personal emotion. What I know, and you know too, is that there is an end. No storm lasts forever and sometimes at the end of a storm, there is a wonderful rainbow.
